General
Sardinia is well-known for some
exclusive holiday villages,
especially in the
northern-eastern corner of Costa
Smeralda. Well, we believe we
have tracked down an admirable
alternative in the south-eastern
corner of the island - and
without Aga Khan-type prices!
Villa Alma is located within the
Villaggio Rei Sole village. Like
many of the ’village’ houses,
Villa Alma is detached,
stylishly modern, of circular
construction, with classic
stonework and finished in
typical Mediterranean colours.
Location
The shops, banks, bars and
chemists of Costa Rei are a
short drive away. Off road
parking. The gardens are laid to
lawn with various shrubs, are
immaculately maintained, and are
overlooked by furnished covered
terraces, ideal for outside
dining. Stone barbecue and
outside sink. The property has
insect screens and is fully
air-conditioned (payable
locally).

Ground floor:
Sitting/dining room with
satellite TV.
Kitchen area with
fridge/freezer, hob, oven,
washing machine (payable
locally) and dishwasher.
Shower room with WC, etc.
One
double bedded room with ensuite
shower room, WC etc.

twin bedded room.
Arrivals on 9th August
2008 must be for a minimum two
week stay.
The cost of hiring a cot
is Euro 50 per week payable
locally.
The cost for the washing
machine is Euro 50 per week.
Late arrivals after
20:00 are charged at Euro 25
payable locally.

flight details and estimated
time of arrival at least five
days prior to departure.
