The apartment is located in the “Monti” area, a characteristic and central area of Rome, which lies between the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, Via Nazionale and the St. Mary Major’s Basilica.

Monti is one of the most ancient Roman areas, once centre of the Trajan’s Market and the Domus Aurea.

The area is so called because it is located between the several Roman hills. It is a characteristic area with many pedestrian areas situated far from traffic and rich of art and history.

The large living room, very bright, is furnished with a comfortable single sofa bed and a double sofa.  Near the living room you find a small bathroom with shower

Some stairs lead to the upper mezzanine furnished with a two single mattresses and a bathroom with only WC and sink (no shower). 

The main bedroom has a sloping ceiling and furnished with king-size bed.  The second bedroom has a sloping ceiling as well and is furnished with a double sofa bed and desk.

The entrance of the apartment opens on the fully equipped kitchen and the terrace which is very spacious and sunny. The terrace is furnished with deck-chairs, table and a big sun-umbrella.

There is air conditioning only in the main bedroom.
The apartment is provided with satellite TV colour, DVD, washing machine, dish-washer, ADSL Internet connection, telephone.

The apartment comes complete with linens and towels.
The heating is independent.
