The apartment, about 160 sqm, is located on the first floor of a nice building with elevator, overlooking the Tiber river, just ten minutes by walking from the Spanish Steps and the Vatican.  It has been recently restored and enjoys a very nice furniture in every room, arranged in a combination of antique and contemporary.

To the right of the long corridor there is a spacious living room with two huge windows facing the Tiber river. It is furnished with two plush sofas and two matching elegant chairs in front of the windows. At the opposite side of the window there is a dining table for eight persons and wall to ceiling bookshelves.

Just off the corridor there is the first marble bathroom with a shower-box; it is on the opposite side of the fully equipped kitchen which enjoys  a nice bench space.

At the other end of the corridor there is a double bedroom which has an open fireplace and the second bathroom, a large ensuite with Jacuzzi.

The second bedroom is tastefully furnished and can be arranged either as a double bedroom or two singles.
There is a third extra bed which can be used to host the 5^th person.

The apartment, which is really light, is provided with air-conditioning, TV colour, washing machine, dish-washer, hi-fi stereo, coffee machine, toaster and hair dryer.
