independent, magnificently restored, multi storey, luxury apartment with
own roof garden, all served by an internal modern private lift, is adjacent
to the Santissimi Apostoli square, notorious for the beauty of its
palazzi, anciently used by the cream of Italy's nobility, nowadays home to
the country's leading entrepreneurs, artists and politicians. The
capital's splendid antiquities and works of art, as well as today's most
renowned expressions of modern urban living, are concentrated within a
stone's throw in any direction from the apartment.
The
ground floor access to the immaculately restored apartment is gained
through its independent 16th century style master front door, made of
precious aged wood and hedging against carved stone, chiselled by local
artisans. A second door, accesses to the apartment for service
use.
The foyer divides the main apartment from the entrance, where
a second, wooden framed door, with hand made glass panels, secludes
the view to the bowed ceiling vault.
The day quarters, are
immediately beyond the reception area, and include fully serviced lounge,
dining, entertaining, study and chill out areas, with central and
reinforced glass roof directly from the terrazzo, shedding spectacular
natural light when required. If light is not required, the electronic,
remotely controlled, fine fabric shutter, will silently swish the sun trap
to close.
The night quarters are one floor above, accessible by both a
private elevator as well as a beautiful staircase which extends to the
corridor creating an inner balcony overlooking the lounge. All three
bedrooms has en suite bathroom with all amenities
provided.
The terrazzo is one floor up,
accessible by the private elevator. It is equipped with all amenities,
including cable TV, telephone and enabling the user to entertain while
enjoying the famous Roman weather.
The basement is refined to the
same excellent quality as the other quarters and is envisaged to host the
kitchen as well as additional en suited night quarters if
required.
The entire complex is served by remote control lighting,
DVD and closed circuit inner security cameras and door bell, electronic
alarms, cable and satellite TV as well as sensors with remote control air
condition, heating, cooling with self governing fresh air input and
circulation.
Special hydraulic pumps and conduit pipes guarantee a
constant and abundant supply of hot water for simultaneous multi bathroom
use.
