A truly impressive four-storey house, modern and stylish, surrounded by very well tended parkland - lush manicured lawns, firs, cypresses, lemon trees, and vividly coloured bougainvillea - discipline being maintained by ordered lines of terracotta pots and vases. 

Among its many high quality features a heated indoor pool (available at a supplement of Euros 50 per day) with jacuzzi, sauna, large furnished outdoor pool, illuminated tennis court, air-conditioned upper floors, the immaculate secluded grounds, and so the list goes on - this property simply exudes exclusivity.

Lubriano is the nearest town, 3 kilometres away, Orvieto and Lake Bolsena are each about 16 kilometres distant. Hence we are perfectly placed on the Lazio/Umbria border with Assisi, Todi, Montepulciano and the undiscovered Maremma coastline all within easy reach for day excursions.

The friendly owners have their own independent luxury house within the grounds and their estate produces wine, olive oil, kiwi fruits, they will also supply meals on request. Access is via electric gates and private driveway leading to covered parking. Illuminated tennis court, synthetic surface. Furnished outdoor swimming pool measuring 17m x 7m x 3.5m x 1.2m deep. Electricity consumption is payable locally, on average a charge of € 250 per week. Ground floor bedrooms with ceiling fans, upper floors with air-conditioning
