A stay at Villa
Serenella provides a
completely unique
experience. A detached
and private villa on the
edge of Lake Como with a
well tended garden and,
to one side, a private
canal. This is how life
was in the 18th century
when the villa was
built.

Location
Classic, solid Italian
furnishings prevail and,
of course, all modern
amenities have been
installed. The frontage
across the lake from the
furnished garden is
simply transfixing. It
is in the village so is
within walking distance
of provisions. There are
10 golf courses on this
westerly side of the
lake, many towns and
villages, excellent
restaurants and the
house is not far north
of the larger town of
Como. Journeying up the
mountains behind the
lake provides
unsurpassable views.

Sitting room with open
fireplace. Dining room
also with fireplace.
Large kitchen with
fireplace and seating
inside, cooker, oven,
fridge and dishwasher.
Shower room with WC. On
a mezzanine floor is a
single room with en
suite bathroom. The
first floor has one twin
bedded room with wash
basin and lake view. Two
single rooms with lake
view, one with balcony.
Bathroom with hand
shower, WC etc. On the
second floor are one
twin and one single
bedded room and bathroom
with WC etc. There is a
laundry room. There is
a midweek/final cleaning
charge of Euro 270.00
payable locally. Please
