Apartment “ROSA DEI VENTI” is well and
comfortably located in the heart of Bellagio
historic centre, in a quiet position, along the
street for “Punta Spartivento”, one of the most
panoramic point of Bellagio. The apartment
is in a strategic position to visit the area and
the most beautiful places of the lake.
This "villa" can be rented with two
adjacent apartments:

Shops, cafè, restaurants and craftsman shops are
scattered along the small streets
traffic-limited of the centre. Grocery stores,
banks, chemists, tourist office are in walking
distance.
The famous villas with their wonderful gardens,
the lake, the promenade and the public landing
stages (the best way for visit the lake) are
within 50 meters.
Apartment “ROSA DEI VENTI” (sqm 100) just
restored in 2006 with high standard and charm,
is very comfortably furnished . This is a nice
and warm accommodation for 5 persons.
The Apartment has an independent entry and
consists of a spacious living room with sofa,
armchairs, TV Sat and dining area with table and
chairs. It offers very fully equipped
kitchen with stove, electric oven, dishwasher,
fridge and freezer. All furnishings, appliances,
linens and dinner ware are new, ready for you to
enjoy.
There are two bedrooms with large wardrobes :
one with large double bed, TV Sat and relax
area; the other one with twin beds (or double
bed on request) and another single bed.
There is also a bathroom with bath tub and
shower, washing basin and wc, hairdryer.
There is also a storeroom. Crib for children is
available free of charge.
There is a parking next to the house for
unloading the luggage. The public free
park is within 3 minutes walks.
Bus stop and ferry dock are within 200 meters.
