Villa La Scalinata, built in the 19th century,
is part of a house located in the heart of the
ancient Bellagio, along the central stairway
that faces the town's main dock and that
links the arcades on the lake side to the upper
street near the Church Square. From any
direction you can reach the towns shops,
restaurants and lake side facilities.
A car is not needed as the distances from the
villas to visit, beaches, sport facilities or
means of transport for excursions or sightseeing
tours are not far away from. Free and paid
parking is available on the lake side.
Maid and catering-services are available on
request.
There are 2 apartments in La Scalinata:
Primo Piano
The 70 sqm. flat located on the first building
floor is equipped for easily accommodate 4
persons.

from the double bedroom and the sitting room.

The 60 sqm. flat is a mansard with its
typical roof equipped for easily accommodate
from two up to four persons.
