The Casa La Rosa sits in quiet and elegant
residential area surrounded by gardens and by
olive orchards next to the famous Villa Melzi
d'Eril. The house is about 10 minutes
walking distance from the center of Bellagio.
The villa has been restructured into 3
self-catering, newly furnished apartments each
with its own private terrace with tables and
chairs for dining al fresco. Each
apartment has a panoramic view of Lake Como.
The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen
with oven, a TV and other amenities. A
common washing machine is available to all
guests. Private parking is available at no
extra cost, and guests have free access to the
beach Lido where they can swim in the lake or a
pool or relax at the bar.
Apartment B
The apartment is
located at first floor and it's composed by a
kitchen area with cooking space, a wide sofa
transformable in a two persons bed,
bathroom with shower and terrace. It can guest
from a minimum of 2 persons to a maximum of 3
persons.
An oven, color TV, autonomous heating and common
usage washing machine are available to the
guests.
Apartment C
The
apartment is located at first floor and it's
composed by two main rooms. A wide bedroom,
living room with cooking area and a sofa
transformable in a two persons bed complete the
apartment. It has a bathroom with shower
and a panoramic lake view terrace. An
oven, color TV, autonomous heating and
common usage washing machine are available
to the guests.
Apartment D
It's located
at ground level with direct access to the
garden, cooking area, sofa transformable in a
two persons bed and and it's composed by a
wide bedroom, wide living room with bathroom
with shower for a total area of 65 smt. A
hoven, color TV, autonomous heating and common
usage washing machine are available to the
