Should the spectacular views inspire you to more exploration of this wonderful Versilian coastline, the owner of this cottage offers day trips to guests on his private yacht (available at extra charge). Twelve kilometers away are the sea and the delightful town of Lerici. Located high in the hills 350m above sea level, this is an ideal spot to relax and unwind. It is supremely peaceful and the views over valleys to opposing hills make you feel on top of the world.

Location
Sarzana and Lerici are good-sized towns in which all manner of shopping can be found. While for superb beach activities, there are the wonderful wide stretches of sandy beaches of the classically Italian resorts of Marina di Massa, Forte dei Marmi through to Viareggio. Also well worth a visit are the five unspoilt villages of the Cinque Terre, all of which will reward us with unmatched high-level views of the sea. Electric gates open onto a paved driveway leading to the two villas, one of which is used by the owner.

Layout
Entrance into a large sitting/dining room with a single sofa bed and kitchen corner equipped with fridge/freezer, hob and Aga-style oven. On a mezzanine floor are two single beds. These can only be reached by a steep ladder and this is not advisable for children or elderly people. Double bedded room. One large shower room with WC etc. Outside is a covered terrace with marvellous vistas for outside dining and a barbeque. Guests also have use of the swimming pool and a separate laundry room (attached to the main villa where the owner are in residence) and equipped with washing machine.
