On the ground floor is the entrance way, a large living room/dining room with fireplace and the kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, toaster). On the next floor is another (the main) entrance way, a second large living room (with TV sat and CD player) with a panoramic terrace and access via the terrace to small tower with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a little living room, a double bedroom, a room with two twin beds and a bathroom with a tub. (both bathroom are equipped with hairdryers). Due to it’s location in a medieval village this villa has no garden. Instead there is a delightful panoramic terrace that displays breathtaking views over the Italian countryside and the Tyrrhenian coast of Italy.
