The Villa Marta is located in
Anacapri, one of the two city
halls on the Island of Capri.
Nestled amidst Mediterranean
pines, it lies on a tranquil
promontory of the island, above
the famous Blue Grotto and only
minutes away from one of
Tiberius Caeser's ancient
villa.
The Villa
Marta is
conveniently located only a few
minutes walking distance from a
bus stop on the Anacapri-Blue
Grotto bus route. Amenities
include central heating system
for winter, satellite TV,
outdoor barbeque, dishwasher,
washing machine.
The house is composed of three
bedrooms, two and a half baths
(one with shower, one with bath
tub), newly renovated kitchen
and living-dining room. One of
the bedrooms has a private bath.
Two of the bedrooms and the
living/dining area open up onto
a large terra cotta tiled
terrace, perfect for mealtime.
The yard area is composed of a
swimming pool which functions
from June 1st to September 30th.
There is no air conditioning,
but the villa remains cool and
breezy even in the summer time,
and there are fans throughout
the house.
