This house is a winner! Undeniably attractive, immaculate inside and out, recently renovated from top to bottom, and sitting in the dramatic lee of the Gran Sasso National Park, with an inviting swimming pool, it is a wonderfully private and rural retreat for an extended family or group of friends.

Civitella del Tronto, on its 645m a.s.l. perch, is dramatically visible from our house, and is splendidly picturesque, with its winding streets, lined with 16th and 17th century religious and civic architecture.

But the house is the star here - detached, private, and surrounded by lovingly tended terraced lawns, shrubs and trees, it has covered terraces for outside dining overlooking the fabulous furnished pool (18m x 8m x 3.5m x 0.8m). The interior too, is filled with lovely stylish touches, and throughout are high quality fixtures and fittings.

Location
There are essential shops, banks and chemists in Civitella del Tronto 5 kilometres away and there are good sandy beaches at Alba Adriatica, Giulianova and San Benedetto del Tronto, around 25 kilometres away. The cities of Ascoli Piceno and Teramo are both approximately 15 kilometres away. The purpose-built barbeque is virtually a monument in its own right. Ample parking behind gates.
