This apartment is located beyond the romantic Arno River in the lesser known district of San Frediano, near the famous “Carmine Church” a 10 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station.  San Frediano is home to the most important antique stores of the city.

The apartment, perfect for 2 people, is on the first floor of an historic house overlooking a typical and lively road with many stores, restaurants, cafés and wine bars. There is no lift in the apartment.

Completely and tastefully restored, the apartment features terracotta floors, wooden beams and cast iron railings.  The apartment includes an entrance  hall, a cosy large living room with a sofa-bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a loft with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with shower.
