The fantastic Bed and Breakfast Il Casale del Cotone & Rocca degli Olivi is located 1.5 miles/2.5 km from the amazing medieval town of San Gimignano, in Tuscany. It consists of two 17th-century farmhouses surrounded by 173 acres/70 hectares of parks, vineyards and flourishing nature. The numerous olive trees were planted more than 200 years ago at the bottom of the hill where the ancient Roman church Pieve di Cellole, which inspired Giacomo Puccini's Suor Angelica, is located.

The buildings have been restored taking into consideration their centuries of history. Special attention has been given to the selection of the furniture, typical of the Tuscan tradition.
