The slopes of Mount Etna are
surprisingly green, and
covered with a mass of
pines, palms and olive
trees. Nestling among these
panoramic peaceful hills,
620 metres above sea level,
is Villa Ortensie. An
unpretentious private
holiday home with a cosy
annex and kidney-shaped
swimming pool, entirely
suitable for a great family
holiday.
A secluded shaded eating
area is equipped with a
barbeque and pizza oven, but
if clients wish to have
delicious meals served to
them then a pizzeria and
trattoria just 500 meters
away will supply them in
typically Sicilian style. At
the same walking distance is
a small supermarket.
Location
This property is airy and
comfortable and is entirely
fenced in. Access is via
electric gates after which
ample parking. The swimming
pool is below the main house
and reached via steps. It
measures 11m x 5m x 0.5m x
2.2m in depth. The pool area
is furnished, illuminated,
and has a sauna and shower.
Next to the pool is the
annex.
