In the very heart of the
Costa Smeralda, there is a
fabulous bay called Pero. It
is flanked by two headlands
and is topped off by the
cluster of islands known as
Di Li Nibani. On the
left-hand headland is the
supremely stylish town of
Porto Cervo. While behind
it, in the emerald-blue bay,
variously-sized bright-white
mega-yachts bob and sway in
the gentle Sardinian
sea-breeze. And in the
hills, carpeted with lush
Mediterranean greenery,
overlooking this
paradise-bay, is the private
holiday residence known as I
Ginepri.
Our apartment is one of 25
that takes full advantage of
this view with a very
comfortably furnished
covered terrace for outside
dining and relaxing.
The nearest beach is
visible, down on the right,
from the terrace and is
around 3 kilometers away, as
is Porto Cervo.
Location
For bathing possibilities,
apart from the closeness of
the Emerald Coast, the
residence has its own shared
swimming pool that measures
(7m x 15m x 2.5m x 1m) and
is just 2 minutes walk from
our apartment. From the
private driveway parking is
covered, private, and
numbered. From here a maze
of illuminated paths,
through well-kept gardens,
lead to our apartment,
numbered A4.
