This beautiful apartment is
situated in the Renaissance
era building which was once
a convent. It’s located on
Colle Oppio where in the
roman times emperor Titus
had his roman bath. It is a
quiet area in a busy city
where you can find a
beautiful park on your
doorstep. From the apartment
it is only a 5 min.walk to
the Colosseum. Here you’ll
find the "metro" (subway or
underground) and buses that
will take you anywhere you
need to go.
There is also an array of
beautiful and very important
churches such as San Pietro
in Vincoli that hosts one of
Michelangelo’s masterpieces,
the Moses. There are two of
the major Basilicas, Santa
Maria Maggiore (dating to
315 AD) and San Giovanni in
Laterano, which was the
first papal seat before the
creation of the Vatican.
Other landmarks around the
apartment include the
Colosseum, Domus Aurea, Fori
Imperiali, Arc of Costantino,
Palatino hill. The area is
full of lovely roman
restaurants and shops of
every kind.
Layout
This bright apartment is 85
sqm large and is divided on
two floors. Entering the
apartment you will find
yourself in a large living
room with a kitchen complete
with washing machine,
dishwasher, refrigerator,
stove and an oven. The
kitchen area has a big
gorgeous table seating 8
people, dating back to the
1800, two couches that can
sleep 2 people, and two big
windows.
Next to the living room
there is a bedroom with a
queen size bed and a private
bathroom containing a
bathtub. The second floor is

bed, complete with closet
