Location
Casa Solagne is an independent house privately situated in the grounds of the owner’s villa. The owners, who have their own garden and two dogs are non-invading and rarely use the pool that is situated at Casa Solagne. The house is very comfortably furnished and both from the pool and some windows are excellent views of the countryside. A large bougainvillea covered terrace is perfect for dining out. The nearest shops to this site are within five kilometers, and an abundance of restaurants offer low cost, typical food of this region that is a tourist desert.

Layout
Entrance is into an inviting sitting/dining room with a fireplace, which efficiently controls the heating of the radiators. A recessed kitchen has cooking hob, oven and fridge. A small shower room has WC etc. An open staircase leads to a landing off which is a double-bedded room with an excellent vista.
