Parking in the Neapolitan
Riviera can be extremely
difficult on and around the
following periods: Easter, 25th
April, 1st May, July, August,
Christmas and New Year.
If you intend travelling during
these periods to a property
which mentions roadside parking
then we highly recommend using a
limousine service on the arrival
and departure days (see below).
During your stay we recommend
you use the public transport
system which is cheap and
efficient. Public transport is
also recommended during your
stay even if your property has
off road parking.
If you are booking one of our
properties close to Amalfi (Il
Vicolo, Il Reale, La Finestra,
Apt Amalfitano) you can use a
local garage at a cost of
between Euro 18 and Euro 20 per
day plus a charge of Euro 3 each
time you enter or exit the
centre of Amalfi. We therefore
strongly recommend the limousine
and public transport option in
this case. |

General
Villino
l’Orlandino is high living
indeed - nestling on the side of
a hill with a splendid panoramic
sun terrace on its roof, we have
the impression that we are on
the same level as majestic
Mounts Vesuvius and Tiberio,
while we tower over the dazzling
azur sea of the Gulf of Salerno
far below. A sliding gate allows
us access off the road into the
parking area from which a short
shaded path and about 16 steps
lead down to this small modern
villa. All around are olive and
citrus trees and some not so
well known exotically coloured
plants. Once down the steps,
past the barbecue, there is a
sunny balcony to the right,
wonderful for secluded dining,
overlooked by treetops.
Location
Bustling Sant’Agata is a short
distance away and provides all
the necessary shops, banks,
chemists and some fine
restaurants. Beaches are 8
kilometres away and, since we
are located in the middle of the
Sorrento Peninsula, the
entertainment and cultural
delights of Positano and
Sorrento are also close by. The
sun terrace is furnished and the
villa is brand new with
air-conditioning and heating.
All windows have screens.
Layout
Entrance off the balcony into an
airy modern living/dining room
and kitchen corner equipped with
4 ring gas hob, electric oven,
double sink unit and
fridge/freezer. One double
bedded room with doors out to
the balcony. A twin bedded room.
A shower room, WC and washing
machine.
There is a final cleaning charge
of Euro 40.00 payable locally.
Heating and air-conditioning are
also payable locally.
