Stella di Pogerola is a real find, for a number of different reasons. Located high above Amalfi, and just below the charming village of Pogerola,  it combines a peaceful situation with being close to the coastal hustle and bustle.
The third floor apartment itself is stylish, modern and very spacious for five people. The light and airy interior contrasts with the extensive long terrace which gives guests that classically memorable view, for this part of the world, of high peaks, precipitous sloping hillsides, and endless expanses of blue sea, criss-crossed by the white wakes of boats.

The Amalfi coastline is not such a great place for parking but, unusually, Stella di Pogerola even has its own secure garaged parking underneath it, from which the apartment can be accessed via steps. A real find indeed!

Location
The nearest town for shops and essentials such as banks and chemists is Pogerola which is within walking distance up steps. One thousand five hundred steps lead down to Amalfi but a local bus service can be taken for the return, the bus stop being within walking distance of the property.
All windows and doors have insect screens. The spacious terrace has retractable canopies for shade, a barbecue, is furnished, and can be accessed from a number of rooms. There are 66 steps from the road to the apartment’s front door.
