The 3 star Hotel Porta del
Mare is about 300 meters from the sea and a
quick walk from Tropea's main piazza.
It is
set in a verdant, terraced garden above the
beaches of Tropea, with a view (on a clear day)
of the volcanic island of Stromboli.

is a small hotel but the Hotel Porta del Mare
features quiet, comfortable rooms, all
tastefully furnished and each with an
independent entrance from the garden, and many
with private terraces.
